Petroluxe Refinery (M) Sdn. Bhd. is developing a downstream energy platform focused on petroleum refining, petrochemical processing, storage, blending, and product trading. Supported by Yihong New Energy Group and its affiliate network, Petroluxe is positioned to serve demand for refined fuels, petrochemical feedstocks, and related hydrocarbon products.
The planned integrated petrochemical and refinery complex in Gebeng, Kuantan is strategically located near Kuantan Port. The development is intended to include refinery units, tank farm infrastructure, blending facilities, and export support through jetty access, creating a stronger base for regional supply and trading activities.
The project is designed to support an annual throughput of up to 1.2 million tonnes across its development phases. Its product direction includes LPG, mogas, gasoil, fuel oil, naphtha, aromatics, and other petrochemical streams that support industrial, transport, marine, and downstream applications.
Petroluxe’s approach places emphasis on safe development, product consistency, operational efficiency, and responsible industrial contribution. The company aligns its planning with applicable safety and environmental requirements, including CIMAH and OSHA-related considerations, while focusing on low-sulfur condensate processing and practical downstream technologies.
