Our refinery also provides large-scale storage solutions through extensive tank terminal operations, offering both onshore and offshore capabilities tailored to diverse market needs. In addition, Petroluxe serves as a regional hub for global oil and petrochemical trading, supported by strong partnerships with affiliates across China and Singapore.
One of our landmark projects is the Integrated Petrochemical & Refinery Complex in Gebeng, Kuantan, strategically located near Kuantan Port. This state-of-the-art facility includes a refinery, tank farm, blending hub, and export infrastructure with a dedicated jetty terminal. These operations firmly position Petroluxe as a leading refining and trading hub in the East Coast region of Malaysia.
Petroluxe is committed to delivering long-term value to Malaysia’s economy. The refinery is designed to generate an annual throughput of 1.2 million tonnes across Phases 1 and 2. As Malaysia’s first integrated petrochemical complex, the project contributes significantly to economic growth, tax revenue generation, and the nation’s strategic positioning in global energy markets.
